RETURNS

I kindly ask you to DO NOT proceed with a return without reading the policy first.
Contact me in all cases in order to ensure the validity of your return.
For original pieces, you have 14 days to find its final resting spot. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For custom pieces, depending on the amount of customization of the item(s), this will vary.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CUSTOM PIECES

If you are interested in a custom piece, please email me and include any reference images, color schemes, shapes, etc. I’d be happy to chat with you and come up with a game plan! We will chat about when to expect your order as well.
There is a possibility I will require a down payment upfront. Depending on the amount of customization, this will vary piece by piece

SHIPPING

Production lead time is 2-3 weeks from when the order is placed.
All art will be professionally packaged. Once shipped, you will be supplied a tracking number.
I use UPS ground delivery with insurance and tracking. Your piece is only insured by me through 3 days post delivery. If you receive your item and it is damaged, you MUST contact me within 3 days of the delivery date, along with photos of the damaged item.

Incorrect Addresses
In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, Luxxcreative assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out a replacement package or refund these orders.
If you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us through our Contact Us page to notify us immediately. We can only correct the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.
 
Lost or stolen packages
We assume no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and cannot ship out any replacement packages or refund these orders.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancelations within 48 hours of order placement are free of charge. Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 20 percent charge of the order value.

WALL ART

For heavy pieces, hang with appropriate hardware (not included) designed to hold the weight of your artwork. We highly recommend hiring a professional for hanging of all artwork. Any damages incurred to improper hanging are the buyers responsibility.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Avoid the use of chemical and abrasive cleaners. Clean with a soft cloth. To remove dust in textured areas, use a microfibre duster or non-residue compressed air. Keep out of direct sunlight.

DISCLAIMER

Odds are, the photo of an original piece you see is already sold but I am able to make a duplicate! However, given each piece is handmade, it will differ slightly, but I will stay as close to the original as possible!

Due to the handmade nature of the item, small imperfections may be present in the resin such as ripples, small bubbles or dust particles that have found a way to the piece and cured within the resin during its 72 hour drying stage.
